1. What Coachare is
Coachare is a professional development platform that provides AI coaching tools, a marketplace for independent professional coaches, goal and assessment tools, and organization programs. Coachare does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial services, and nothing on the platform should be treated as such advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may hold several roles (for example, individual and coach) under one account.
3. AI coaching
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are labelled as AI-generated. You decide what to do with them. If you are in crisis, the AI coach will direct you to emergency resources; it is not an emergency service.
4. Human coaching marketplace
Coaches on Coachare are independent professionals, not employees of Coachare. Coachare verifies submitted credentials and reviews applications but does not guarantee outcomes. Session prices are set by coaches; Coachare retains a platform fee disclosed to coaches. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at booking.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel from your billing settings; changes take effect as described there. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your currency before purchase.
6. Organizations
When an organization sponsors your account, the organization controls seats and program access but never sees your private coaching content. If sponsorship ends, your personal account and data remain yours.
7. Your content and data
You own the content you create. You grant Coachare the rights needed to operate the service (for example, to store and process your conversations to provide AI coaching). See the Privacy Policy for how data is used, retained, exported, and deleted.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no harassment, no attempts to extract other users' data, no automated abuse of AI features, no impersonation, and no unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Coachare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.
