What your AI coach remembers, and how to control it
How memory works in Coachare: what is stored, what is never stored without consent, and how to view, edit, and delete it.

Five layers of context
Your AI coach draws on the current conversation, summaries of past conversations, a structured development profile, your active goals and commitments, and relevant retrieved memories. Each layer is bounded so the coach stays focused and costs stay predictable.
What is never stored silently
Disclosures about health, legal matters, family situations, and similar sensitive topics are not saved as long-term memories unless you explicitly choose to keep them. The coach can still discuss them in the moment.
You can see everything
Every memory is listed in Settings, where you can correct, delete, or archive it. You can also turn persistent memory off entirely, delete whole conversations, or export your data.
Your coach cannot see it either
Human coaches only see what you share explicitly: selected goals, action items, assessment results, and approved summaries. Employers never see individual data of any kind.
Put it into practice
Your AI coach can turn this into a goal with milestones and check in with you weekly.
